With over 15 years of professional experience, she has worked at Bolivia’s most prestigious law firms, advising both national and international companies on complex transactions and corporate restructurings. In 2023, María René joined DDR Capital Partners as Legal Counsel & Head of Investment Solutions, where her primary role is to provide strategic legal advisory in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and wealth management.
